Radio is light you cannot see. Both are the same thing: electric fields rippling through space. Your phone, your wifi, your GPS satellite, the sunlight on the table: one family of waves, different lengths. Nothing mystical, all measurable.
A prism splits one beam into many colors because each wavelength bends differently. Wavelength decides everything: long waves pass through walls, short ones carry data. 5G, LTE and Bluetooth are just colors of radio, and like every color, a wall can stop them.
